德奥普与伦敦国王学院联合完成《中国低空经济出海中东与东盟》报告研究
2026年7月，德奥普(DAP Technologies)与伦敦国王学院(King's College London)联合完成为期一个月的《中国低空经济出海中东与东盟》报告研究圆满结题。该研究聚焦中国eVTOL（电动垂直起降飞行器）企业在东南亚及中东市场的出海路径、技术适配与生态构建，为行业全球化布局提供了兼具前瞻性与实操性的智力支撑。
报告深入剖析了印度尼西亚、马来西亚、泰国、新加坡、阿联酋（UAE）及沙特阿拉伯等六国的市场需求与政策环境，指出中国低空经济正从“研发制造”迈向“场景落地”与“国际化”新阶段。研究强调，出海战略需从单一产品输出转向“系统化方案输出”，并提出“货运先行、隔离空域先行、轻资产运营”的通用策略。报告还特别指出，阿联酋是全球商业落地的标杆市场，而印尼则存在巨大的跨岛物流结构性需求。

In July 2026, DAP Technologies and King's College London jointly completed a one-month research project titled "China's Low-altitude Economy Going Global to the Middle East and ASEAN". The research focused on the overseas expansion paths, technological adaptation, and ecosystem construction of Chinese eVTOL (electric vertical take-off and landing aircraft) enterprises in the Southeast Asia and Middle East markets, providing forward-looking and practical intellectual support for the industry's global expansion strategy.
The report thoroughly analyzed the market demands and policy environments of six countries including Indonesia, Malaysia, Thailand, Singapore, the United Arab Emirates (UAE), and Saudi Arabia. It pointed out that China's Low-altitude Economy is moving from the "research and manufacturing" stage to a new phase of "scenario implementation" and "internationalization". The research emphasized that the offshore strategy should shift from the output of single products to "systemic solution output", and proposed the general strategy of "Cargo first, isolated airspace first, and light asset operation". The report also specifically noted that the UAE is a benchmark market for global business implementation, while Indonesia has significant cross-island logistics structural demands.
The five graduate students from King's College London (KCL) who participated in the report research also gained a deeper understanding of China's Low-altitude Economy and the competitive advantages and comparative advantages of various countries in different application scenarios through experiential learning and immersive learning.
