2025年1月3日，美国驻华大使馆(US Embassy-Beijing)经济事务官员Jason Rubin与美国商务部工业和安全局(BIS)出口管制官员Steven Hammond来访德奥普，并与德奥普代表进行交流沟通。大家主要针对目前低空经济与电动垂直起降飞行器(eVTOL)领域的世界发展现状，中美优势和中美民用航空供应链进行了深入讨论并交换意见。Steven Hammond也再次澄清了美国商务部工业和安全局(BIS)出口管制的相关规定。大家一致认同中美双方在民用航空供应链领域优势互补，美国有高端的航空电子设备，中国有高性价比的航空动力电池及航空复合材料。在完全符合两国出口法律法规的基础上中美民用航空领域有巨大商业合作机会。在中美航空贸易中，德奥普始终秉承依法合规的宗旨，帮助中国民用航空供应链产品进入美国市场，也帮助美国民用航空供应链产品进入中国市场。
On January 3, 2025, Jason Rubin, the Economic Affairs Officer of US Embassy Beijing and Steven Hammond, the Export Control Officer of U.S. Department of Commerce Bureau of Industry & Security (BIS) visited DAP Technologies and had exchanges with DAP Technologies representatives. We discussed and exchanged views on the current world development status in the field of low-altitude economy and eVTOL, the advantages of China and the United States in aviation field, and the Sino-US civil aviation supply chain. Steven Hammond clarified the relevant export control regulations of the U.S. Department of Commerce Bureau of Industry & Security (BIS). We all agreed that China and the United States have complementary advantages in the field of civil aviation supply chain, the United States has high-end avionics equipment, and China has cost-effective aviation power batteries and aviation composite materials. There are huge opportunities for commercial cooperation in the field of civil aviation between China and the United States on the basis of full compliance with export laws and regulations of both countries.
